PromptUp collects the following information to provide our service: email address and basic profile information via Google OAuth, prompt text you submit for analysis, and service usage patterns and usage data. We only collect the minimum information necessary to operate our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used for: providing prompt analysis and improvement services, managing user accounts and authentication, analyzing service quality improvements, and managing subscriptions and payments. Your prompt data is used solely for AI analysis purposes and is never sold to third parties or used for marketing.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored encrypted on Supabase's secure infrastructure. Data in transit is protected by TLS/SSL encryption, and stored data uses AES-256 encryption. Access permissions are managed following the principle of least privilege.
4. Third-Party Services
PromptUp uses the following third-party services: Google OAuth for authentication, Paddle for payment processing, and Google Gemini AI for prompt analysis. Your prompts are sent to Google Gemini for AI analysis and are processed according to Google's privacy policy. Each service follows its own privacy policy.
5. Your Rights
You have the following rights: request access to your collected personal information, request correction or deletion of your personal information, data portability (export), and service withdrawal and account deletion. Upon account deletion, all related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Cookie Policy
PromptUp only uses cookies essential for service operation. This includes cookies for maintaining authentication sessions and language preference cookies. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
7. Data Retention
Account information is retained until account deletion. Prompt analysis history is retained with your account unless you delete it. Upon account deletion request, all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer due to legal obligations.
8. Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Updated policies take effect from the date of publication.
