PromptUp is a web-based service that analyzes and improves AI prompts. We use AI to diagnose prompt quality and suggest optimized versions. Key features include:

• Core prompt element analysis and diagnosis
• AI-powered automatic prompt improvement
• Before/after quality score comparison
• Prompt history storage and management

2. Accounts

You need an account to use PromptUp. By creating one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PromptUp offers two plans: Free and Pro.

• Free: 3 prompt analyses per week, basic features
• Pro: $9/month, unlimited analyses, all features
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Pro includes a 3-day free trial before billing begins
• Cancel anytime — you keep Pro access through the end of your billing period
• Full refund within 14 days of subscribing, no questions asked

4. Prohibited Use

The following activities are not allowed:

• Submitting prompts designed to generate illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to breach security or access our systems without authorization
• Overloading the Service through automated tools or scripts
• Interfering with other users' access to the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Content ownership works like this:

• You own the prompts you submit
• You can use AI-improved prompts however you like
• The Service UI, design, logo, and code belong to PromptUp
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

• We collect: email, prompt data, and usage history
• Prompt data is used only for service delivery and quality improvement
• We never sell your personal information to third parties
• You can request deletion of your data at any time
• All data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud infrastructure

7. Disclaimer

Important things to know:

• The Service is provided as-is, without guarantees of specific outcomes
• We cannot fully guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated prompts
• Our liability for service interruptions or data loss is limited to the extent permitted by law
• You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated outputs

8. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated under the following conditions:

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice
• After termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notices or email. If you disagree with the changes, you can stop using the Service.
